HOMEWORLD: 55, 32 p2

The Uhlek attacked the Empire in 3400 in the second wave of attacks, preceding the Gazurtoid. They possess powerful technology and are considered very dangerous. They do not communicate with Empire vessels and to date, no one has ever seen an Uhlek and lived to describe it.

However, the Elowan indicate the Uhlek race is in fact a single entity, the mind of which is buried deep within a planet. This is known as the Uhl Ganglion. This planet is at 55, 32 p2.The destruction of this planet will render all Uhlek ships harmless.

The Spemin claim to know all about the Uhlek, but use this claim as a ploy to keep themselves from being destroyed in combat. They do, however, know the exact location of the mind-ganglion planet of the Uhlek.

The Thrynn believe that the Uhlek have stolen a number of their artifacts and suggest that Interstel ships might be helpful in finding them. These are the Tessaract and the Red Device.
